John Lewis Foundation

The John and Lillian Miles Lewis Foundation was conceived by the Congressman to carry on the Lewies’ passion for purposeful living, civic engagement and building the “beloved community,” and to inspire and support Good Trouble makers everywhere. We are now the keepers and the promoters of the Lewis legacy, focused on democracy and voting, youth civic engagement and building bridges. As were the Lewies, we are committed to making a difference and resolved to protect human and civil rights for all.
